Sofia Dress
Ses Petits Mains designer Beth Miles explains that the company takes its name from a double entrende - referring both to the sweet little hands of the wearers of the clothes as well as to the delicate details that separate everyday, disposable play clothes from pieces you'll cherish and share.  The Fall 2008 Collection is called "Weekend in the Country" and has a rustic yet chic feel to it.  The look is tactile and warm.

The Sofia Dress in tussah silk is Ses Petites Mains' special dress of the season.  The cut is their signature shape with short, wide sleeves, elastic empire waist, tiny etched buttons in back and a twirl-worthy skirt.  The dress is "icy silk", fully lined with a delicate blue voile which peeps out the bottom as fringe trim.
